Concierge London is a company that was founded in 2000 and in 2008 it expanded to New York. The members of the concierge team are all dedicated to serving each client. This team is made up of an Account Assistant, Account Manager, and an Account Director. Working closely as a team, the concierge can tailor their services to personally suit and fit each clients needs. To participate or receives these services, an individual will have to acquire a membership. These memberships are secured by completing an application that has to be reviewed and approved. This application process also includes a face-to-face meeting with the organization. If an annual membership is granted and approved, services are charged based on an hourly rate. Some of the services include travel, staff management, entertainment, specialist services and day-to-day. For example, members who travel frequently can have all of their arrangements made and personally tailored to suit them.
